Travel & Additional Fees Policy

At Believe In Magic Events, we believe in keeping our travel fees simple, transparent, and fair.

Believe In Magic Events is based in Toronto and services the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

Travel fees may apply to locations outside our included service area.

Travel fees are determined by the event location and the number of performers required for the booking.

These fees help cover transportation, fuel, vehicle expenses, travel time, and other costs associated with travelling to and from the event.

Service Area / Region:

Toronto: $0

Nearby GTA locations: $15 per performer

Extended GTA locations: $25 per performer

Greater GTA / surrounding areas: $35 per performer

Extended surrounding areas: $50 per performer

Long-distance locations: $65 per performer

Locations requiring significant travel: $Custom Quote

Multiple Performers:

Travel fees are calculated per performer. Each performer is responsible for their own transportation to and from the event and is not required to travel with another performer.

The applicable travel fee will be confirmed at the time of booking and included in the client's total before the booking is finalized.

Please Note:

Travel fees are determined by Believe In Magic Events' Toronto service-area pricing and are not calculated based on the performer's personal residence or departure location. Performers' specific departure addresses are private and are not provided to clients.

Additional Time: $2/minute
Additional Character: 30 minutes: +$100 / 45 minutes: +$125 / 60 minutes: +$150
Special Skills (Swimming): $75
Special Skills (Skating): $50
Holiday Fee: $25
