A: Contact us by phone or email with the new information. If it's less than 24 hours before your event, please call us directly for quick communication and a smooth experience.
A: Yes. Please provide a chair, a table, and a private changing space. To ensure performer safety and costume care, some outfits must be put on and taken off at the event.
A: Yes, there are additional fees: a travel fee for events outside the Toronto Area, a fee for late-night parties and a booking fee for the customer support team and personalized booking agreements. For a detailed breakdown, please contact us directly.
A: Our performers start on time due to busy schedules. We suggest starting the party 30-60 minutes before the performer’s arrival. This gives guests time to settle in. Late arrivals might miss parts of the performance since we can't delay the routine. Planning helps ensure a seamless, magical experience for all.
A: We are more than happy to reschedule your party! Once your party is officially booked, it is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your party date or time, and it is 13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event, there will be a rebooking fee of $5.
A: We are more than happy to reschedule your party, however, If you wish to cancel and not reschedule your party, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled 13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event.
We do kindly ask that you leave a parking spot available for the performer as close as possible to the party. The performer is travelling in an elaborate costume and has lots to carry so the closer the parking spot the better.
A: Our parties are designed for children 12 and under however there are exceptions such as community events and others. Our packages accommodate up to 25 children, If you have more guests, we can adjust the schedule or extend the event time to include everyone comfortably.
A: We do suggest booking your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance in order to ensure you receive your desired character, date and time. We do try to accommodate later bookings however in order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking your party as soon as possible.
