Believe In Magic Events provides magical entertainment for children’s birthday parties in Toronto and the GTA. Our performers bring characters to life with singing, storybook readings, games, prizes, face painting, crafts, photos, and more, depending on the chosen package.

Attendance & Safety

Children of all ages are welcome, but at least two adults must be present at all times.
Parents/guardians supervise children and ensure safe behavior.
Participation in activities is at the child’s own risk. Please let us know of any allergies or special needs in advance.

Refunds & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be refunded if the party is canceled.

Liability & Conduct

Believe In Magic Events is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, lost items, or property damage.
Parents/guardians agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from their child’s participation.
Organizers may reschedule, modify, or cancel a party due to unforeseen circumstances.

Photos & Media

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your child’s image being used in Believe In Magic Events materials.

Affiliation & Intellectual Property

Believe In Magic Events is independent and not affiliated with Disney, Warner Bros., DC Comics, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Saban, Mattel, or SCG Power Rangers LLC.

By booking or attending, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge participation is voluntary.
