Believe In Magic Events provides magical entertainment for children’s birthday parties in Toronto and the GTA. Our performers bring characters to life with singing, storybook readings, games, prizes, face painting, crafts, photos, and more, depending on the chosen package.

Attendance & Safety

• Children of all ages are welcome, but at least two adults must be present at all times.

• Participation in activities is at the child’s own risk. Please let us know of any allergies or special needs in advance.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• A deposit and signed booking agreement is required to officially secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be issued (see refund policy page for more information).

 

Liability & Conduct

• Believe In Magic Events is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, lost items, or property damage.

• Attendees agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from any children's participation.

• Organizers (BIME) may reschedule, modify and cancel a party due to unforeseen circumstances (see refund policy page for more information).

 

Photos & Media

• Photos and videos of the event may be taken by attendees. If such photos and videos are shared with us, you consent to the children’s image being used in Believe In Magic Events materials.

• Please note that children’s faces will always be blurred for their protection.

 

Affiliation & Intellectual Property

• Believe In Magic Events is independent and not affiliated with Disney, Warner Bros., DC Comics, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Saban, Mattel, or SCG Power Rangers LLC.
