We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while protecting our performers’ time.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit confirms your event date, character, and package.
Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your event, your deposit and any payments will be fully refunded.

If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be refunded.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes.
Cancellations by Believe In Magic Events

If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

We may also offer to reschedule your event for another available date.
Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your event at least 14 days in advance, and your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).

Rescheduling within 14 days of your event may require a new deposit.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
