We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while protecting our performers time.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit and signed booking agreement is required to officially secure your booking.

The deposit and signed booking agreement confirms your event date, character, and package.

Cancellations by the Client
-
14 days or more before the booked event: Your deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded.

13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event: The deposit is non-refundable; however, any remaining balance paid will be refunded.​
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
Cancellations by Believe In Magic Events

If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer to reschedule your booked event once.

If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your event only once and 14 days before your booked event. Your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).

13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event: there will be a rebooking fee of $10.

If you cancel the rescheduled date: The deposit is non-refundable; however, any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
