Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while protecting our performers time.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit and signed booking agreement is required to officially secure your booking.

  • The deposit and signed booking agreement confirms your event date, character, and package.

Cancellations by the Client

  • 14 days or more before the booked event: Your deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded.

  • 13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event: The deposit is non-refundable; however, any remaining balance paid will be refunded.​

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.

 

Cancellations by Believe In Magic Events

  • If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer to reschedule your booked event once.

  • If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued.

 

Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your event only once and 14 days before your booked event. Your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).

  • 13 days or less before / on the date of the booked event: there will be a rebooking fee of $10.

  • If you cancel the rescheduled date: The deposit is non-refundable; however, any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
