Refund, Cancel and Reschedule Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while protecting our performers time.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit and signed booking agreement is required to officially secure your booking.

The deposit and signed booking agreement confirms your event date, character, and package.
Cancellations by the Client

14 Days or Less: The deposit is non-refundable and any remaining balance is waived.

Cancellations within 24 hours: The deeposit remains non-refundable, and the remaining balance is still due.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
Cancellations by Believe In Magic Events

If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer to reschedule your booked event once.

If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling

Change in Date or Time 14 days or less before the event: +$25

Change in Date or Time 7 days or less before the event: +$50

New Booking 7 days or less before the event: +$25

New Booking 3 days or less before the event: +$50

If you cancel the rescheduled date: The deeposit remains non-refundable, and the remaining balance is still due.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to process.
