Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while protecting our performers’ time.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit confirms your event date, character, and package.

Cancellations by the Client

  • If you cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your event, your deposit and any payments will be fully refunded.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes.

Cancellations by Believe In Magic Events

  • If we must cancel due to emergencies, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

  • We may also offer to reschedule your event for another available date.

Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your event at least 14 days in advance, and your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).

  • Rescheduling within 14 days of your event may require a new deposit.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
